Development of the approx. 30,000 sq m former Konsum bakery and meat processing plant site in Berlin-Lichtenberg. Approx. 60,000 sq m gross floor area (GFA), of which around 30,000 sq m comprised the monument listed existing buildings. A further approx. 30,000 sq m GFA comprise an EPB-compliant use mix of offices, research, light industrial and crafts.
